Le Roccette Mare Beach Hotel & Restaurant ***

The Hotel Le Roccette Mare is the only hotel in Tropea that is located below the old town and directly on the sea. The rooms and apartments are spread over several two-story houses surrounded by a beautiful garden with plants of all kinds. The scent of the many flowers is always in the air.

The rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and the apartments a maximum of 5 people. The hotel can only be booked with half board.

The highlight is the restaurant, because it is on the beach, which means: every evening you can watch a wonderful sunset while eating!

All rooms (16-20sqm) of the hotel have their own bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, television and balcony or terrace. One parasol and two deck chairs are included on the beach per room or apartment.

As already mentioned, the hotel is located directly below Tropea's old town, and the Santa Maria dell'Isola, the little church on the rock in front of it, is only a 2-minute walk away. If the ascent to the old town is too difficult, the reception staff will be happy to call one of the three-wheeler taxis that will take you up quickly and for a fee of around €5.
